Our Key Account client at RED is looking for an ITSM project manager with around 7 years of experience, with a recent focus on ServiceNow.

Please find more information below;

- Support ITIL process transition from Remedy to ServiceNow with focus on operation processes (Incident Mgt/Config Mgt/Problem Mgt/Change Mgt).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical global Service Management environment.
- Contribute to Data Harmonisation process for IT operations, Establishing Data Governance model, contributing to defining Data Architecture Blueprints, Reference and Master Data Management, Data Quality and Lifecycle Management.
- Required expertise and good/extensive track record in process analysis, common terms definition and Datamodelling.
- ITIL Expert with proven experience with ITSM Tools (RoD and SNow) both from definition and operation standpoint.
