FinXL currently are looking to engage an experienced Technical Writer to work on one of their key client sites based in Sydney CBD

The position will suit someone who is delivery focused that likes to work in a collaborative team environment and drive the success of an organisation.
To be successful, you will need to have demonstrable commercial experience working as an ITSM (IT Service Management) Business Analyst

Skills and Experience required:

Ability to collate ideas & document a Business process Document.
 Canvass and gather stakeholder requirements particularly around asset management. ie Netcool Business owners, SDM, Commercial, PAM teams etc.
 Possesses business acumen, preferably existing relationships and understanding of the within the client's environment. 
 Identify gaps and risks within the current & new process and suggest options for mitigation.
 Provide guidelines for updates to the client's Procedures Manual.
