ITSM Business Analyst, Paris/France

An exciting opportunity is currently available in Paris for an ENGLISH SPEAKING BUSINESS ANALYST with ITSM experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct Due Diligence (Client solution discovery) for accounts in scope of migration
- Assess as-is' set up for tools and processes via wokshops and interaction with customers
- Define to-be' set up for tools and processes
- Run the change impact analysis activities and Gap analysis versus Capgemini RoD solution
- Collect reporting requirements
- Provide data required by the IT Change process (ITSM foundation data, process data, SLM, SRM etc.)
- Identify and escalate any risks or issues that may affect the successful completion of the migration process
- Assist in updating Work Instructions
- Provide Early Life support to help users, and local floor walking

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree
- Experience with ITSM tools such as RoD 7.6 essential  ITSM 7.1, EARS, Remedy ARS workflow is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, skilful but strong assertiveness Experience in ITSM migration project is a plus
- Team player willing to work in an international team
- Ability to critically analyse status quo and propose creative solutions

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

- English. French is considered a strong advantage.

This position is offered as a freelance contract with a duration of approx. 6 months.
