We are working strategically with one of our core clients who is looking for ITS Coordinator/Project Manager to work in beautiful regions of Switzerland.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver projects using the client's project life cycle, by means of ensuring that all the correct steps and best practices have been applied (inception, demo, sprint planning, etc.). Client uses 2 methods to execute/build, one being scrum the other being waterfall.
- Ensure that the project delivery is compliant with client's policies and quality expectations and meets the overall expectations of the business owner.
- Defining project/sprint planning including testing plan/strategy in line with release plan and based on accurate velocity calculations of the team;
- Monitor the project progress and take appropriate action on deviations;
- Maximize the Team's performance by removing any kinds of impediments/blocking points (works with the Team on internal issues, escalates and follows up on external issues). Be the main motivator of the team and encourage self-management;
- Assist or prepare steering committees and status reports;
- Execute project management tasks such as resourcing, financial forecasting, inter-dependencies management, vendor selection and management, reporting, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, scope management, change management;
- Manage the internal (IT) and external resources (Vendor) on the project team. Provide motivation and direction to the Project Team, subject matter expert and product owner. Input, update project resource needs into the ITS resource plan every 2 weeks;
- Ensure effective transition to operations of the delivered products approved by the product owner and other relevant stakeholders by means of facilitate the definition of Service levels agreement, ensuring support team and process are in place;
- Manage multiple projects simultaneous;
- Provide input to the project management office on methodologies, processes and templates Liaise with and support the project management office in the IT related components of the business cases before submission for approval;

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- University degree in relevant field and real project manager experience (min 5 years) using multiple methodologies, solid understanding of automated software testing and PM tools (JIRA, VERSION MS PROJECTS)
- CERTIFIED SCRUM MASTER OR PMP CERTIFICATION
- Servant Leader: able to inspire and influence, motivate people;
- Analytical skills, ability to identify blockages early and problem solver;
- Able to develop and foster teamwork, build trust and ability to work with remote product delivery teams;
- Having the right commercial awareness;
- Knowledge of SAP, salesforce, SharePoint platforms and basic financial skills are an asset;
- Communication and presentation skills: being able to relay a message in a clear and consistent way taking into the account the audience;
