Job Description:
SUMMARY: The purpose of this role is to manage and co-ordinate the EUX specific activities required to support the ITOM Wave 1 Deployment. ITOM Wave 1 will see ITOM tools (Service Now) and processes (ITSM) implemented for the CIT BEF, for a specific set of 300+ Applications (mostly Accenture scope).

Job Responsibilities:
The role will require the Project Manager to support and collaborate with the ITOM Program Team to execute the deployments within EUX. The key activities will include developing the EUX project plan, resourcing the work streams, managing deliverables and milestones using checklists and templates provided by the ITOM Program Team. The Project Manager will perform the planning and executing EUX preparation and deployment. Align with program work streams and IT Functions to manage dependencies. Track deployment progress against deployment plan baselines

SKILLS:
-Project Management experience and a good understanding and knowledge of IT Operating models.
-10+ years of working experience in IT (preferably in project management/service delivery positions).
-Create detailed deployment preparation and execution project plan
-Define & agree on milestones and align milestones with ITOM Program team
-Define project management

Roles & Responsibilities and processes
-Establish project governance - reporting, RAID log, EUX steering
-Get sign-off from all relevant stakeholders for deployment preparation and execution plan baselines
-Mange EUX project issues and risks and insure mitigation and fallback
-Manage change requests and maintain change log
-Manage dependencies within and to other work streams in ITOM Deployment project
-Define tollgate plan, criteria, and review progress
-Complete Reporting Templates
-Perform project reporting including overall performance of the program and project completion documentation

Key Project Work streams include the following:
-Interim Support Model Design & Implementation
-EUX and End User Training
-Solution Testing
-Data Migration
-Contract Management
-Readiness & Cutover
-ITOM Process Management
-Service Now Onboarding co-ordination

Nice to Have:
-Risk management background with experience in risk management related roles
-Implementation of new processes or methodologies
-Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
-Preferably expert knowledge of ITSM and/or project management disciplines
-High level of customer focus with proven problem solving skills
-Has excellent Customer Service and engagement skills

EDUCATION: Higher education, such as a degree in Information Technology and/or relevant business education

LANGUAGES: Excellent spoken and written skills of English.
