ITIL Specialist

You will be responsible for Aligning the process with all its stakeholders, identify and embed Process Performance indicators (PPI) and initiate improvements based on performance, controls and compliance reviews.
Next to the this activities, you translate change programmes and vision into deliverables and plans, manage relations and dependencies with other work streams and execute plans and manage status and progress (includes PMT reporting). Your focus is on setting up, managing and optimization processes in an continuously changing environment.
*Knowledge of ITIL v3, LEAN, Scrum and Agile
* Knowledge of Compliance (Cobit, Sox and MAS)
* Knowledge of ITSM Tooling (HP Service Manager)
* Experienced in functional leadership towards approximately 10 people
* Minimum a Bachelor degree with a preference in the ICT informatics area
