ITIL Service Design and Delivery Consultant

For our client, a dynamic and multinational company, in the area of Zürich, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious ITIL Service Design and Delivery Consultant

MAIN TASKS IN THIS POSITION

- Coordinate service design and delivery with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the solution, service design and service improvement activities
- Consolidating and structuring requirements and specification documents
- Meet with architects, beta test users and suppliers to define project scope and objectives, prepare work plans, documenting project's scope
- Monitor project schedules to ensure timelines
- Test and analyze developped solution against requirement documents during implementation and changes
- Create and maintain service documention inluding service catalogue, feature set, serive level, administrator guide, user guide and knowledge base
- Engage with external suppliers to define statement of work, prepare project plan, follow-up the engagement and report progress
- Manage administrative tasks as well as data processing activities
- Use the IT service management, enterprise resource planning and reporting tools to define data fields, import data and create queries and reports.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3-5 years of experience in similar role
- Experience in IT Service Design and IT Service Delivery
- Knowledge of ITIL terminology and concepts in practice
- Experience in infrastructure solution and services based mainly on Microsoft software (Exchange, Lync, Sharepoint, AD, SCCM, SCOM), Cisco network, voice and video conferencing products, Data center and hosting services, Cloud services
- Experience in service supplier management, specifically System Integrators and Consultants
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint and SAP user
- Excellent requirements, end-user and support documentation skills
- Service Now user as a plus
- Very strong end-user and customer oriented mindset
- Skills and ability to manage suppliers and contractors
