ITIL PROCESS MANAGER - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Process Manager to align the different delivery parties
- Familiar with operational ITIL operation, the organisation and also those of the customer for the following roles:
- The Incident Manager will restore the service to the customer as quickly as possible with the aim of minimising the negative impact of a failure within the IT service in order to achieve the quality and availability levels that have been agreed via the SLAs.
- The change Manager is responsible for evaluating, authorising and controlling changes with the aim of managing the volume of necessary changes in such a way that any negative impact of these changes on the business is minimised.
- The problem Manager has the task of minimising the impact of incidents and changes on the business by minimising errors within the IT services. The Problem Manager also aims to proactively prevent Incidents and changes by consulting documents from root cause analyses of previous problems.
- The release Manager has the task of designing and implementing a successful roll-out of sprints/releases in software/hardware and efficient procedures for the distribution and installation of changes.
- The configuration Manager has the task of keeping the management of all parcel bound IT Configuration Items within the Application infrastructure up to date in the CMDB. He/She will work closely with release & change management which are the changes at the CIs.
- The availability Manager is responsible for ensuring that the availability of the services is equal or greater to the agreed business needs and this in a cost-efficient manner.
- The capacity Manager is responsible for collecting and analysing the capacity reports of the environment for applications & infrastructure and where necessary, informing the End-to-end process of possible problems with IT capacity.
