Must-haves:
+Analytical ability, eager to learn
+Excellent oral and written communication skills
+Proven ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced +environment
College degree or equivalent
+ITIL certified and experience in IT Service Management
+Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with it’s basic principles a plus
+Language skills: English and German (very good).
