ITIL PROBLEM MANAGER - BELGIUM, (ANDERLECHT)

Languages: ENGLISH, WITH DUTCH AND/OR FRENCH.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- NEGOTIATES SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS (SLA) AND OPERATIONAL LEVEL AGREEMENTS (OLA)
- Defines the service delivery processes and standards based on service requirements.
- Establishes framework for coordinating support seamlessly across multiple support service providers.
-Understands IT support demand patterns and determines required support resource levels and capabilities.
- Coordinates interfaces between incident management and other service management processes.
- DEFINES ISSUE ESCALATION MECHANISMS AND TRACKS AND MANAGES MAJOR INCIDENTS AND PROBLEMS.
- Monitors the effectiveness of the service management processes and the overall performance of the IT function and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Drives collaboration with vendors for service problem resolution and identifies opportunities for more optimal support mechanism.
- Problem solving coordination
- ITIL CERTIFIED
- THE CANDIDATE SHOULD SPEAK AT LEAST ONE OF THE TWO LOCAL LANGUAGES (DUTCH OR FRENCH) TOGETHER WITH ENGLISH
