Due to increased project requirements, our client a leading global outsourcing business has an urgent requirement for an experienced ITIL Problem Manager to work on-site with a blue chip investment banking customer.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

- Managing incidents and problems throughout their life cycles- from early identification to closure.
- Developing and maintaining problem management processes.

MAINTAINING REGISTER OF PROBLEMS THROUGH PROBLEM LIFE CYCLE:

- Proactive problem identification through incident record analysis.
- Report current status of problems under investigation.
- Maintain and govern post incident actions identified through post incident reviews.
- Proactive Process Improvement program (improve speed of service delivery, reduce effort required to execute) through automation, process re-engineering and effective use of Knowledge Management.
- A relevant ITIL certification is expected and candidates must be available to commence work at short notice.
