Job Overview/Purpose:

To provide leadership and supervision for all IT Infrastructure owned projects. This includes project scoping, documentation, setting timelines and requirements gathering. This position will also contribute in developing, refining and implementing policies, processes, and procedures related to daily operation of IT Infrastructure.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- The ITI Delivery Manager is responsible for guiding and shepherding internal IT Infrastructure efforts that span multiple disciplines from the planning phase through execution and into Operation.
- Examples of key initiatives this position will be responsible for guiding:

o Annual Disaster Recover Exercises
o Year-End Processinggood interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- Must be familiar with and comply with laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures that are applicable to required job duties.
- Ability to work in a "team" environment

Key Relationships:

Internal - IT Department management, end-users, all internal teams and personnel.
External - Investor clients, auditors and regulators, IT vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

Essential:
- BS in computer science, information technology, Business Administration or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
- 5+ years of delivery track record as program/project manager with IT emphasis
- Passion for providing excellent service to internal clients and business leaders
- Structured project management experience desired (Prince2, PMP)
