Iterative Development Methodology Specialist for Multinational Client

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ITERATIVE DEVELOPMENT METHODOLOGY SPECIALIST TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE HAGUE.

EXPECTED TASKS AND DELIVERABLES BY THE CONSULTANTS

-

Engage with the various stakeholders in the software development, continuous integration and deployment, test and SDLC process domains to understand and document the current state.
-

Define an iterative software development method taking into account the complexity of the delivery model.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE

-

University degree in IT with minimum 10 years hands on experience with several Iterative Development Methodologies like XP, SCRUM, Kanban, Rup, etc.
-

Previous analysis experience in this area.
-

Experienced with working in large government/public-body organisations;
-

Experienced in multi-national environment;
-

Specialised in transformation for IT services;
-

Experience in providing process and product advice.
-

Strong interpersonal skills, including experience with teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.

Ability to influence - and gain the support of - a wide range of stakeholders at different levels in the organisation.

A strong delivery-minded approach.
-

Experienced in cross-departmental transformation.

Experience with similar projects;
-

Very good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.

Being active in a multi-cultural environment, the Contractor's staff shall have a very good level of English (oral and written).

The knowledge of German and French will be of added benefit.
