Italian cutover Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cutover manager to start immediately.

Role Description:

Overall responsibility for localisation of the Global Cutover approach for the Italy commercial deployment.

Detailed planning, management and execution of cutover for the IT deployment inc:
- End-to-End cutover/implementation strategy for IT 
- Definition & Management of the integrated cutover plan (technical & business) 
- Business engagement & mobilisation across all impacted units 
- Business Acceptance of cutover procedures 
- Definition & management of cutover governance process for IT

Italy Cutover Manager
- Plan, prepare and follow-up overall cutover execution in accordance with the program cutover approach
- Outline cutover plan and execution in coordination with the central Cut-over Manager and Compass Conversion

Functional Manager, ie timelines, milestones etc.
- Coordinate cutover activities cross teams and with Project Management
- Ensure co-ordination of cut-over activities with all (internal and external) stakeholders, including business partners
- Manage cutover progress
- Escalate risks and issues to Project Management
- Provide regular status reports to Project Management

No specific SAP functional knowledge required - however a solid general SAP background is highly sought after in this role.

Successful track record of leading a cutover team across multiple locations and disciplines for a large implementation within a complex SAP landscape encompassing ECC, CRM, BW, Portal, SRM, Netweaver components and non-SAP integration.

Data migration planning/exposure essential.
