IT User Admin Specialist

We are currently searching for a IT USER ADMIN SPECIALIST to work in Lausanne area, Switzerland. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a multi-national client.

The candidate will be in charge of checking and correcting non-compliant Windows accounts.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- User management processes (eg HR connector, SAP HR, ITIM, Active Directory )
- MS Excel
- French + English (written and spoken)

SOFT SKILLS:

- Cooperative
- Service Orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong willpower to deliver according to the objectives set
- Comfortable dealing with end-users
- Ability to work on an autonomous manner
- Rigorous, organised, and structured

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Resolve the specific cases of non-compliant Windows accounts and realign them:

- Users with two Windows accounts
- Disabled Windows accounts
- Missing SAP employee number
- Misalignment between SAP, ITIM and AD
