IT Transition Manager (Upto 5 Years exp) - Paris - English Speaking

Our end customer in Paris is currently looking for a Junior Transition Manager, preferably with finance experience or knowledge. This is for a 6 month contract starting as soon as possible.

This is an English speaking only role. French is a bonus.

Interviews will take place immediately for the right candidates.

The customer is looking for someone with between 2-5 years transition experience to support the transition team.

PLEASE FIND THE JOB DESCRIPTION BELOW:

- Support the managers taking accountability for delivering process transition projects according to customers' needs and projects ambition following the clients strategy
- Supporting the coherence of the deliverables with key stakeholders such as COE, process owners, local finance, roll in managers, change manager, solution teams and business case design orientation
- Identify risks within the delivering of the Transition and evaluate options for minimising them
- Ensure that Transition project's documentation such as transition deck, governance framework, TOR, MSA, SLA including KPIs, transfer capture/knowledge tracker, accreditation, go live tollgate report is prepared and kept up to date at each relevant step of the transition and that the agreed quality standards have been met
- Drive convergence and continuous improvement through the Transition and ensure delivery of productivity gains in accordance with business case
- Support the customer relationship throughout the project and ensure continuous reporting (progress & risk issue & dependencies, action plan deviations ) including preparation of programme/steering committee
- Responsible/support for planning monitoring and escalating any relevant discrepancy with the forecast to the head of Financial transition as soon as he anticipates them to occur
