IT Transition Manager responsible for rolling out a new ERP system company wide. With a new service delivery model, you will be tasked with transitioning from a model centered on the application to an end-user centric model. The role can be based in either Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Geneva or Paris with frequent travel to other locations.
Responsibilities involve:
* implementing new software/ERP blueprint and building the service portfolio
* defining/implementing all the ERP related service support processes,governance rules,committees
* defining the learning/knowledge management strategy
* service performance evaluation
* extensive stakeholder engagement and educating stakeholders
* implementation of a progress report, a quantifiable risk register & issue log
* preparation of documents for Board meetings
The Transition Manager will have extensive knowledge & exp of IT Service Management, implementation of ITIL framework, ERP deployment & support, activity mapping and has worked in international complex environments with remote teams.
