IT Training Team Leader
Edelway SA is a Swiss IT Services Consultancy. One of our best clients, a global multinational company based in Lausanne, is currently looking for an IT Training Team Leader to join them on a long term basis.
Start Date: ASAP - Within 1 month from offer.
1st assignment until end of 2014. Extensions for the right profile
Working language: Only English is required.
THE ROLE
*Liaise with our client's Training Academy to leverage internal capabilities
*Liaise with Vendors Training Leads in order to manage the overall Training Strategy definition & implementation
*Liaise with HQ/Markets in order to get their support in providing inputs and contributing to define the Training Needs Analysis, to design the Training Strategy and to develop the Training Materials
*Liaise with HQ/Markets in order to get their support in identifying the trainers and get their support
*Contribute to define and validate Training deliverables
*Manage and supervise training administration and logistics
*Facilitate overall Training Coordination
*Overall accountability for the Training definition and implementation
*Responsible for training delivery to end users
YOUR PROFILE
*Experience in leading the Training in a complex business/IT transformation program
*First hand experience in Training Strategy & Planning, Training Design, Development & Delivery
*Stakeholders Management
*Project Management/Risk & Issue Management
