IT TRAINING MANAGER - IT TRAINING SOLUTIONS - END-USER TRAINING
We are currently looking for a Global IT Training Manager to deliver following tasks:
- DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, AND MONITOR END-USER TRAINING and Education, and OVERSEE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE IT SOLUTIONS
- Promote effective End-User knowledge management/collaboration and SET PERFORMANCE METRICS to evaluate end users' productivity
- Create training outlines and determine instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, meetings, and workshops
- Select the best in place platforms, applications, and solution to conduct the training for a large community of global users
- Work with strategic partners on the design and development of the training and closely track the KPIs
- DEFINE END-USER TRAINING GOALS and establish a training curriculum to meet them
- DEFINE END-USER TRAINING DELIVERY METHOD that is scalable and caters for self-learning
- Govern the process for generating, reviewing and IMPROVING END-USER TRAINING MATERIAL CONTENT
- PLAN AND IMPLEMENT THE END-USER TRAINING TIMETABLE
- Work closely with cross-functional regional and global teams within the organization to understand the main areas to be the focus of the IT TRAINING MODULES and DEVELOP THE IT TRAINING and enabling programs
- Ensuring that training curricula are produced and delivered with an extremely high degree of quality and just in time
KEY SKILLS:
- 7-10 years of proven management experience LEADING TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT, AND IT PROJECTS
- At least 3 years of experience with projects at regional and global level
- STRONG EXPERIENCE IN DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING TRAINING SOLUTIONS
- Ability to work effectively across a global multicultural and multilingual team and travel to different sites
- Demonstrated knowledge of ONLINE AND VIRTUAL INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING
- Good knowledge of END-USER TRAINING TOOLS and best practice
- Experience in working with project teams to obtain training content and outstanding leadership and project management skills
- KNOWLEDGE OF LATEST INNOVATIVE TRENDS IN TRAINING AND LMS PLATFORMS
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
