IT TRAINING COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa, Ana, CA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Ability to assist in all aspects of training deployment for multiple system implementations
- Three to five (3-5) years directly related experience
- Event planning skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The IT Training Coordinator assists in all aspects of training deployment for multiple system implementations.
- Tasks include managing the training attendee lists, scheduling training, locating and reserving training rooms, communicating training courses and material information
- Additional duties may include coordination of training classes that can include ordering training supplies and refreshments, communicating correct configurations of training machines, and tracking training attendance
- Responsible for tracking training audiences and communicating appropriate training sessions for various stakeholders and locations (includes international coordination)
- Arranges training venues, instructors and equipment
- Schedules presenters and subject matter experts as necessary
- Coordinates training functions by sending invites, scheduling room, and refreshments.
- Distributes training materials and reference guides
- Maintains schedule of courses and a master calendar of all IT training activities
- Assists with responses to requests for information regarding the training program via phone, e-mail and Intranet
- Executes all necessary correspondence regarding training sessions

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Three to five (3-5) years of directly related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Possess the ability to make smart and timely decisions while completing a high volume of tasks and projects with minimal guidance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
- Must be a self-starter who displays excellent communication with the ability to effectively organize using a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals at all levels in a large, complex, global organization.
- Proven track record of putting the customer first and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Experience in roles requiring the ability to work independently, exercise discretion, integrity and sound judgment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the team.
- The successful candidate must be resourceful, adaptable, able to meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
