Next Ventures is urgently looking for a IT Trainer/support specialist for a role based in Shanghai with the background of IT training management, system support, support of installations and applications on mobile platforms min. 4-5 years. Knowledge of SAP HR and SABA is considered plus. Testing experience as well. This is more system specialist role to support users, solve issues and have trainings.
Skills required:
- Support local training organizations in adopting and using Saba Enterprise Learning in their daily work.
- Help users with problems and questions about the system.
- Troubleshoot issues and work with global support team to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Report discovered bugs, feature requests and user suggestions to global support team.
- Test compatibility and performance in local IT and network environment.
- Support users in installation and use of client applications on mobile platforms.
IT experience (etc. database knowledge), experience of training management processes is an advantage.
Start date: Immediate
Location: Shanghai
Duration: 6 months
