IT Trainer (s34)

Finite Recruitment urgently require an experienced IT Trainer, to assist a rollout and migration of all infrastructure. Your main duties will be to modify, create and adapt current training material, formulate a training strategy, and roll-out the training to 200+ users in Australia and New Zealand. You will need to create and deliver a presentation that will inform each user prior to their workstations being migrated. As each customer will need to hit the ground running, you will need to provide your customers with detailed hints and tips on how to utilize the new system at it optimum.

You will need to have excellent capability, knowledge and be proficient at training in Microsoft Office, Windows 7 and Active Directory. It would be beneficial if you understand Service Management, Incident Management, ITIL would be beneficial.
