IT TRAINER - LMS - MS Office

My client currently have the brilliant opportunity for an IT Trainer, with strong Microsoft/MS Office experience, to join them on a contract basis.

This is a brand new, exciting position within the organisation, where you will be responsible for the training and support of users and ensuring the maximum efficiency of my client's LMS system, as well as other IT information systems.

Candidates must possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Office. Exposure to LMS/Learning Management Systems would be highly advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Be responsible for the full training life cycle, from system introduction, desk side assistance and end user support
- Be involved in desk-side support and 1-to-1 training with users
- Host workshops
- Work with other departmental heads to provide relevant training to their respective team members

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: -

- Strong experience within a Trainer role is essential
- Advanced Microsoft/MS Office experience is essential
- An understanding/exposure to LMS/Learning Management Systems
