An IT Trainer is required by this leading Investment bank to aid with the design and delivery of training on an enterprise document management system, based on IBM Filenet with a bespoke Front End.
You will be comfortable training on bespoke web applications, MS Office package, Lotus Notes and Windows Explorer.
Delivery of training will consist of classroom based training, Web-Ex and floor walking.
The incumbent will have a strong Investment banking/Financial Services background and experience delivering training around Content Management Systems, ideally Filenet based systems.
