IT Trainer

My client in London require a IT Trainer with Dynamics CRM and SharePoint for a 2-3 month contract, the purpose of this position is to be the lead in design and development of training to an organisation. The successful candidate will be the key to a smooth delivery of training to users and specific groups.

The main responsibilities for this role will be to develop strategy and training plan for the roll out of an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) for SharePoint 2013 and Dynamics CRM. You will be required to deploy the training and work with a counterpart to agree various coaching and training sessions. This role will also require documentation to be created, on-going coaching and feedback and assessing requirements for refresher training sessions.

The required skills are - 5+ years in development and delivery of training strategies
Experience gathering training requirements, translating these into detailed training plans
2+ years' experience in Dynamics CRM 2013, 2015
1+ years SharePoint, preferably 2013
Articulate and excellent communicator
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Interpersonal and team management skills

This role is an initial 2 month contract will good chances of extension for the right candidate, it will pay between £250 to £300 per day.
