IT Test Manager (Contract)

For an international financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

IT TEST MANAGER (CONTRACT)

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Contribute to a bank-wide program as proactive and driven IT Test Manager in three different IT environments
- Support the Defect Management/Deviation Management
- Management and coordination of task forces to speed up test execution
- Coordinate business and IT testers in various regions
- Reporting of the progress and issues to the Senior Management
- Assistance to the business tester in test executions as well as the analysis of the test approach and the review of deliveries
- Ensure the deliveries are conducted in time
- Monitor and document the test progress

REQUIREMENTS

- More than 6 years' experience as IT Test Manager/IT Test Consultant as well as IT Project Manager in large program environments
- Outstanding experience in:
- Testing with industry standard tools (HP ALM, JIRA, SharePoint)
- Testing in finance environment/banking experience
- Working in big companies as well as in large programs
- End-to-end tests
- Defect/Deviation Management Knowhow (priorities, categories etc.)
- ISTQB or ISEB certified Test Manager, knowhow of several project methodologies
- Analytical, structured and problem-solving working style
- Proactive and driven working style indispensable
- Self-motivated, innovative, process-oriented and decisive communicator
- FLUENT IN GERMAN and English is a MUST

CONTRACT DETAILS

- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months (extension highly possible)
- Location: Zurich
- Daily Rate: 800 - 810 CHF all inclusive
