This is an amazing opportunity within a Major Financial Organization that is looking for a VP of Technology Risk Management. This position is full of daily challenges and will require strong communication skills as you will be dealing with different business groups on a daily basis as well as regulators. Candidates with 12 Plus Years experience with an Investment Bank Background or Big Four Background should apply.

The main duties and responsibilities for this requirement are the Technology Risk Manager will have experience Supporting the design and deployment of a Technology Risk Framework and Control Self Assessment toolset. The IT Technology Risk Manager will be able to identify areas of risk and put proper controls in place. The IT Technology Risk Manager will have thorough knowledge of SOX as well as other Compliance within the Financial Service Industry. The IT Technology Risk Manager will be supporting SOX as well as managing down the impact of SOX and supporting individual technology teams throughout the life-cycle. The IT Technology Risk Manager will be working with Internal and External Auditors and be responsible for communicating with regulators. This position is to bridge the gaps between audit, technology and compliance. Qualifying candidates should have 10 yrs minimum as an IT Auditor or Technology Risk Manager. Investment banking experience. CISA or CPA OR CISSP Certification is desired but not necessary as well as a bachelors degree in computer science or accounting.
