IT Technician - Support Specialist - Switzerland

Projektbeschreibung
We are currently looking for a IMACD Support Specialist.
You will responsible for the Installation, Move, Add, Change and Disposal of client's standard Hardware for end users. Our goal is to provide a strongly customer focused service and to support the End User Support Teams in terms of cross functional processes and communication.
Main tasks:
Work with HPSM ticket system (track, document, implement)
Allocate and prepare hardware for deployment
Deliver and install IT-infrastructure (new user, bulk requests)
Reclaim hardware process
Handling of the repair process
Inventory management (stock rooms, DSMT)
Request HW via ARIBA
Act as a point of contact for HW Pool customers and service providers
Skills:
2 + years of successful technical experience in a desk side support position or similar
Excellent technical skills for analysing and troubleshooting problems in a complex customer environment
PC Hardware and Periphery knowledge
Windows Client Technology, Desktop and Productivity tools and experience with at least one Ticketing tool
Technical writing for documentation
Pharma experience
Strong communication skills and customer focused behavior
Experience with ITIL (Foundation) is required
Technical writing for documentation
Very good English and German skills are required (written and spoken)
