IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all department systems, including servers, databases, storage solutions, network devices, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
-Ensure continuous, cost effective delivery of technology services and support improvements that will improve services and capitalize on ways in which technology tools and automation can contribute to the cost effectiveness and improved productivity of the business
-Collaborate with the Finance Director CTS, implement and manage a technology disaster recovery plan
-Review the results of system tests, system failures and system failure analyses, review and assess the technical condition of the overall system, as well as critical subsystems and key components
-Identify any maintenance or repair practices or procedures that potentially compromise or degrade subsystems
-Manage and oversee projects, set work priorities to ensure IT hardware & software compliance with SOX and security
-Provide support for the servers (Windows 2008 and 2012), PCs (primarily Windows 10), PC applications and printers throughout the facilities
-Install company approved software
-Provide proactive maintenance and troubleshooting for any IT issues
-Work with local and wide area network (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, etc.), wireless/RF devices, Aruba

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of education and technical expertise suitable for the job responsibilities
-In-depth IT experience in Windows desktop support utilizing Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Office 365 and standard software
-Knowledge of desktop applications including MS Office
-Experience in the support of other desktop technologies including printers and scanners
-Ability to troubleshoot network issues and escalate as needed
-Strong customer service orientation with a ‘customer first’ approach, organizational and analytical skills
-Collaborate with work associates appropriately
-Ability to interface effectively with internal customers in a corporate and professional environment
-Effective communication skills in English and a good knowledge of the German language is a plus
