I am recruiting for a 1st Line Support Analyst for a 3 month contract in Perth. This role is to provide interim cover for a team member that is on maternity leave. Your main responsibilities will be to respond to requests for technical help over email and the phone. The main tasks will be to create new users, respond to password reset requests, and fix email issues.
