INTRODUCTION:
Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.) So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Duties Involved:
- Work with HPSM ticket system (track, document, implement)
- Allocate and prepare hardware for deployment
- Deliver and install IT-infrastructure (new user, bulk requests)
- Reclaim hardware process
- Handling of the repair process
- Inventory management (stock rooms, DSMT)
- Act as a point of contact for HW Pool customers and service providers
Skills Required:
- 2 + years of successful technical experience in a desk side support position or similar
- Excellent technical skills for analysing and troubleshooting problems in a complex customer environment
- PC Hardware and Periphery knowledge
- Windows Client Technology, Desktop and Productivity tools and experience with at least one Ticketing tool
- Technical writing for documentation
- Strong communication skills and customer focused behavior
- Experience with ITIL (Foundation) is required
- Technical writing for documentation
- Very good English and German skills are required (written and spoken)
Nice to Haves:
- MCP - MCSE certification is an advantage
- High school diploma and informatics education
