IT Technical Support Team Leader

I have a fantastic opportunity working for a financial services company based in Dorset. As an IT Technical Team Lead you will lead a team of 8 and also a large technical projects which involves ensuring you deliver a technical project based on improvements and development around IT Infrastructure. You will have a good technical background and knowledge of the following infrastructure:- * LAN and WAN voice and data infrastructure with Cisco switches
* Telephony
* VMWare environment
* Linux
* Oracle (10g and 11g)
* SQL server cluster
* Microsoft server and desktop operating platform
* Microsoft Exchange
* Active Directory

You will have good communication skills, this role is hands on therefore a strong technical background is required and a broad knowledge and extensive experience of different environments and systems is required.
