IT Technical Project Coordinator (m/f)

For our client in the banking sector in Frankfurt, we are currently hiring Technical Project Coordinator (m/f).

Location: Frankfurt
Duration: in a limited permanent position at Nash direct/Harvey Nash Group for 6 months with option to extend.

Tasks:
* Liaise with technical teams and coordinate individual key project deliverables among different participants as a member of a larger project team.
* Prepare, maintain and administer the project communications, project procurement and project quality plans in cooperation with the project management team and system integrator
* Interpret and align the above project management practices to those used for similar projects;
* In close cooperation with the Project Manager, supports the definition of project plans and deliverables, as well as produces estimates of resources necessary to meet the goals.
* Analyse and produce detailed and summary reports on the project progress and takes action in the scope of his/her activities. He/she shall also prepare communication to relevant
stakeholders.
* Oversee testing/perform acceptance - Elaborate functional test case definitions and test case acceptance protocols.
* Elaborate/create documentation of new processes and interfaces for the operations team.
* Manage the review schedule for the assigned project deliverables with the reviewers and the deliverable responsible person
* Provide administrative project support like organizing meetings, setting-up meeting agendas, quick delivery of minutes and support to the meeting preparation (e.g. good proficiency in presentations
* Knowledge of the IT context of a large institution
* Knowledge and hands-on on Hadoop technologies is an advantage
* Knowledge of HP enterprise tools is an advantage
* Demonstrable experience in the independent preparation of meetings and follow-up with the afore mentioned parties on matters related to project execution and monitoring.

Your profile:
* Masters degree in information technology, computer science,
* information system security, or related disciplines
* Bachelors degree in information technology, computer
* science, information system security, or related disciplines
* Team lead experience
* a good command of English with proven drafting ability
* a working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
* A good knowledge of Information Technology (IT)
* Previous experience in a similar position
