IT Systems Reporting Analyst

Due to increased project requirements, our client a leading global outsourcing business, has a 6 month contract position for an experienced IT Systems Reporting Analyst!

This role will be focused on System Analysis for a key client, you will be involved in how requirements affect the system, testing and reporting.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Analyse requirements to detect and resolve conflicts between requirements. Discover the bounds of the system and how it must interact within its environment and elaborate system requirements to software/application requirements.
- Determine the extent to which a requirement affects the system, system components, or system architecture.
- Assess the specific set of testing tasks and deliverables. Ensure valid and complete test plans and test cases are available for execution. Ensure timely completion of independent testing focusing on the quality of the solutions.
- Identify all systems and system products affected by a change request and develop an estimate of the resources needed to accomplish the change. Determine risk of making the change. Identify and document potential "ripple effect" of any proposed changes.
- Perform a gap analysis to identify system component and data structure coverage based on business requirements.
- Work with customer to determine business requirements
- Apply intimate knowledge of the code's structure and content to perform impact analysis.
