Our client is a financial company, based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a committed, highly motivated and qualified IT - Systems Engineer/Administrator (LYNC).
As an IT - Systems Engineer/Administrator (LYNC) your responsibilities would be the following:
- Administration and support of the Lync- and Exchange Infrastructure
- Installation of new components
- Reviewing and creating documentation and work instructions
- Ability to work off business hours
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- At least 3 years of supporting a complex Lync UC environment
- Must have strong Microsoft Lync experience (preferred Lync 2013) in design and operation
- Lync Client and Server troubleshooting experience
- A wide experience in generating Lync reports
- Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure focusing on IP Telephony technologies
- English and German
