Salary: 32,570

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week (12 month Contract)

Leonard Cheshire Disability is the UK's largest voluntary sector provider of services for disabled people, Leonard Cheshire Disability campaigns to change attitudes to disability, supporting 21,000 disabled people in the UK.

We are looking to recruit an additional IT Systems Analyst due to the on-going development of our infrastructure. You will work with a team to assist in the management and maintenance of all systems and services within the IT infrastructure. You will provide second and third line support to all users, in conjunction with other LCD IT resources and third parties suppliers.

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure manager you will be part of a small technical team that are responsible for the support of IT systems, network and voice & data throughout the organisation.

You will be the administrator of all IT systems, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and system centre products as well as maintaining the backup of data. You will also support a range of HP products including a SAN and physical servers.

You will possess technical systems experience, and be skilled in VMware vSphere, core Microsoft products, wintel and have experience of data centre operations and Windows Server technology as well as having knowledge of WAN & LAN environments. You will also possess the required technical skills to perform advanced troubleshooting at a third line.

A confident communicator you will liaise with third party providers and have the ability to work systematically, prioritise tasks.
