IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Operate, maintain and support MS Windows Server (2008 R2, 2012 R2),

IT Services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, DFS, WebProxy, Antivirus), Backup Systems (Veeam, EMC networker) and network solutions (WiFi, VPN, Firewall) -Identify, isolate and resolve issues related to IT Services, Windows Servers and network solutions
-Monitor and optimize global IT Systems with monitoring tools (MS SCOM, Solarwinds, PRTG, etc.)
-Participate in various IT projects and site integrations
-Support and advise local IT staff worldwide as 2nd level supporter
-Author, update and deliver detailed documentation of operating

Procedures, configurations and standards

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Degree in Information Technology or equivalent education
-Relevant practical experience in IT Systems Administration
-Well versed in handling Microsoft technologies and in the administration

of Windows Server environments -Good experience in network solutions (WiFi, VPN, Firewall)
-Experience in backup systems and VMware is a plus
-Dynamic and motivated person as well as analytical thinker
-Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
