ICT SYSTEM EXPERT

Experis IT Switzerland is searching for an experienced ICT System Engineer to join one of their clients, a leading Swiss IT company. For this TEMPORARY assignment we are in search of an English speaking candidate who is immediately available and ready to work in Zürich.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Examine new or changed requirements for their feasibility and complexity and their effects on existing/planned systems, standards and guidelines (requirement engineering)
- Specify the system architecture, select hardware and system software, and network and control components.
- Examine possible alternatives and verify feasibility.
- Defining the required technical and human resources
- Planning, evaluating, migrating, developing/implementing, configuring and testing of systems (hardware, software, network, controllers) as well as bringing the systems into productive operation
- Analyze faults and fault conditions; Initiate and monitor measures to correct them
- Defining the benchmarks and escalation procedures for the description of the service levels
- Maintain the system documentation (architectural description, feasibility analysis, requirement analysis, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE:

- Previous proven experience in IT system engineering
- Good knowledge in Voice Area:
- Avaya red
- Sip
- Oracle SBC
- Cisco CUCM advantageous

Location: Zürich

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
