IT System Expert (f/m)

Task description:
* Work in the Executional Domain Applications division, responsible for running the Business Intelligence service and will be in particular involved in the integration of ODB project
* Coordinate the preparation of the technical infrastructure for ODB
* Monitor the internal developments and the expected deliveries from several suppliers and keep an overview of the technical plan
* Be in charge of consolidating releases from different suppliers and produce technical
releases to be ultimately installed in production
* In liaison with the operational experts in charge of producing the necessary technical documentation to include ODB into the BI service according to methodology (e.g. capacity plan, backup restore procedures) and monitor the installation of releases to production

Your profile:
* Masters degree in information technology, computer science or related disciplines
* Team lead and engineering experience
* Previous experience of Business Intelligence to contribute efficiently to the
further development of the Business Intelligence Service
* Business Objects Expertise with the following main activities:
Integration within the SBI platform for RAR taking into account ODB constraints and promoting reuse of existing developments or technical components
* Technical Proven Experience in the integration with different tools, such as:
Informatica PowerCenter (ETL); Oracle, PowerShell (both basic knowledge); SAP Business Objects (reporting); Tomcat (or similar tool)
* Working knowledge with SVN Subversion and JIRA
* Experience in system integration and in system deployment including web application packaging and deployment is required
* Proven Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and best practice (such as ITIL), in particular in the areas of problem management, release management, capacity planning and service level management
* Knowledge and experience on Windows 2008 server would be an asset
* Working knowledge of security concepts (e.g. certificates management)
* Good command of English with proven drafting ability
