IT System Engineer/Team Lead - Windows Server/Citrix (5228)

For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

IT SYSTEM ENGINEER/TEAM LEAD - WINDOWS SERVER/CITRIX (5228)

In this role, you'll be working in the Legal and Investigations IT delivery team which delivers technology solutions to both Group General Counsel and Group Investigations using state of the art software both from major vendors in the field and in-house developments.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 10+ YEARS DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE IN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE MICROSOFT APPLICATION STACKS: WINDOWS SERVER, IIS AND SQL SERVER
- A BACKGROUND IN WINDOWS TECHNOLOGY, experience in integrating Microsoft and third-party applications into a complex and restricted environment ideally using CITRIX
- Strong organizational skills, preferably having worked in and lead teams using an agile approach
- Experience in the area of Incident and Problem management
- An excellent communicator, assertive and trustworthy with strong team skills
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH WITH GERMAN BEING AN ADVANTAGE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Run a team of windows engineers and developers in a market leading Legal, Investigations and eDiscovery solutions space
- Design, implement and maintain the Legal IT application portfolio
- Streamline and automate the life cycle management of the application portfolio
- Diagnose application issues and actively contribute to and help in the support and maintenance of the application portfolio
