For our client, a Swiss Bank, we are looking for an "IT System Engineer" for a 12 months project in Zurich.
IT SYSTEM ENGINEER
- Sector: Banking
- Location: Zurich, Switzerland
- Duration: 12 months, extension intended
- Start: January 2019
Job Description:
You will be working in the Data Protection Engineering team in Zurich. Our role is to design, engineer, deploy and maintain global solutions for protecting data at rest, on the move and in use within the bank. We help by consulting on Data Protection topics, constantly challenging the status quo and providing a secure environment for our business divisions. You will be primarily working on developing a classify & protect interface based on Rest API but can also help in the development of Outlook plug-ins to secure data.
You have:
- At least 2-3 years of systems engineering experience (system design, implementation and packaging)
- Advanced experience with Windows Server
- Great Shell Scripting skills (VBA, Powershell, etc.)
- Programming experience (.NET, C#, or C/C++)
- Good understanding of web-based solutions architecture concepts
- Microsoft Azure Information Protection Experience
- A plus is Microsoft IQP and ADRMS products
You are:
- Always motivated to learn new things
- Confident and not afraid to make (and admit) mistakes
- Aware of security-related risks in large infrastructure environments and you understand them
- Informed about recent security related news
- Invested in working in a global team
- Fluent in English
