IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

On behalf of our client, an interesting international company, we are currently looking for an IT System Administrator. This role is a full time contract role based in Zurich and the suitable candidate is supposed to start mid July 2013. The contract is for 6 months. JOB/ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- Member of the Service Delivery Security Operations Team in Zurich
- Manage Antivirus Environment and Vulnerability management tools
- Responsible for operation and support of the global Data Leakage Prevention Solution and ArcSight SIEM
- This role will involve co-ordination with various technical groups and business representatives

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Very strong skills in the following operating system platforms: MS Windows, Solaris and Linux
- Good knowledge of security tools Antivirus and Vulnerability Products
- Knowledge of ArcSight SIEM and Data Leakage Prevention systems.
- Knowledge about Network Security
- Database knowledge (MS SQL, Oracle )
- Experience in Information Security
- Strong communication skills
- Able to combine understanding of business needs and IT security requirements
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills, German would be a benefit

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (NOT A MUST):

- MCSE/SSCP/CISSP certification
- McAfee antivirus and security protection products (ePO, VSE, Policy Auditor) knowledge is an advantage
- Knowlede of Symantec products like CCS and DLP is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a financial environment in a similar position preferably
