IT SUPPORTER WITH PROFOUND WINDOWS 7/10 KNOWLEDGE WANTED FOR OUR BASEL BASED CLIENT.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Work experience in supporting installation of Windows 7/10 as well as BitLocker encryption, Crash resolution and his/her configuration
- Competency in solving different problems of hardware as well as helping by hardware replacement and installation of new peripheral devices
- Proficiency in Office programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook etc. coupled with experience in supporting basic network troubleshooting
- Competent handling ITIL framework and methodology like SNOW, Remedy.
- HPSM as well as ability to manage Asset & CI
- Languages: FLUENT GERMAN AND ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN

YOUR TASKS:

- Performing installation of relevant computer programs as well as ensuring break-fix support for a wide range of hardware and software
- Analysing and offering solutions for problems of different degrees related to the computers and their relevant programs
- Demonstrating impressive understanding and communication when working with clients
- Understanding mobile devices such as Android and Apple OS in order to provide solutions for relevant problems
- Become familiar with local and regional infrastructure and growth in regards to other teams in the business
