For our client, one of the most recognizable brands on the Swiss market, Swisslinx are looking for an IT Supporter with experience of Windows and regulated environments for a new long term contract in Basel.
IT SUPPORTER, WINDOWS, PHARMA, ENGLISH AND CONVERSATIONAL GERMAN, BASEL, CONTRACT
In this exciting new contract role, your responsibilities will include provision of 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshooting, logging and escalation of problems as well as the implementation of software and hardware in a motivated team of lab users and the production team.
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- At least three years experience in second to third level support
- Experience working in a GXP environment (regulated environment)
- Windows 7 - XP knowhow
- Background in service delivery nice to have
- Pharmaceutical experience ideal
- Fluency in English obligatory
- At least a conversational level of German is a must
- Team player, analytical and outstanding communication skills
