Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for an IT Supporter: Meeting Services VC-Administration for a 11 months + project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate administrating and coordinating the planning of video conferences, webcasts and local events; supporting the end-user in the use of the scheduling tool & consult customers in the preparation of their event.
- You are responsible for
- Being the single point of contact for the customer on Video Conferencing, Webcast and local Events
- Consulting and advising customers in the preparation of large events (eg Management Briefing, Town Halls, Lunch Talks, ..) and coordinate all involved providers
- Providing end-user training for end-users and admins
- Supporting the Global Videoconference service and the scheduling tool
- Document problems and incidents related to Meeting Services by using a ticketing system (HPSM)
- Creation and maintenance of operating manuals, user guides and check lists
Requirements
- +2 years of experience in administering and/or operating a conferencing services and event planning
- Excellent communicational skills with proven ability to interact across cultures
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Being a team player as well as being able to work independently
- Flexible to work early and late hours even on short notice
- Proficient in English and German, other languages like Spanish are beneficial
