For our Life Science client in Basel, we are seeking an IT Supporter 80-100%
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months + extensions (80-100%)
Location: Basel
Languages: English & German fluent
Your role:
- Service desk ticket monitoring
- Backup service support on non-standard solutions
- Backup for PC life cycle replacement scheduling (PCLCM) processes
Your experience:
- Further education completed
- 1+ years in IT support
Familiarity with interfaces, databases, uploading data etc.
- 2+ years in customer facing roles
- Fluent in English and German
Plus Skills:
- IT further education qualifications
