For one of our clients, a Swiss company we are looking for two:
IT SUPPORTERS (LEVELS 1 AND 2)
This opportunity is a contract position based in the region of Bern, for a person with similar and available in earlier experiments. Our client is a well known and recognized local actor. Beyond the attractive salary they also attach importance to benefits.
Mission/Role:
As a member of the support team you will be in charge of maintenance of computer hardware and software platform. You will handle incidents, manage communication with users, develop new workstations, train users and participate in on-call service. In addition, you will take part in various projects related to infrastructure.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 1 year experience minimum
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment
- ITIL Certification is a plus
- A Microsoft certification an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Customer relations/users
- Oral and written French and English, German a plus
