IT Support - (Ticket Systems & Hardware) - Pharmaceutical - Contract/B

Swisslinx is urgently seeking an experience IT Supporter for one of our pharmaceutical clients based in Basel, Switzerland.

You will be responsible for ticket systems (track, document, implement). Prepare hardware for deployment as well as deliver and install IT - Infrastructure. You will also act as a point of contact for customers and service providers.

In order to be considered for this role you should have a couple of years' experience as a supporter, ideally in desk side support, troubleshooting, PC hardware and Windows.

The working language is English and German. German MUST be fluent.

Contract to start ASAP until the end of 2014.

Contract rate: CHF 44 per hour.

These roles are open to Swiss, Swiss permit holders and EU nationals living and working within Switzerland.
