IT Support Technician

Position: IT Support Technician
Location: Dorset
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (6 Month FTC)
Salary: £8-£10 per hour

We're looking for an IT Support Technician to join our existing support team for our six month contract providing support to our internal users across all sites. Support includes fault diagnosis and resolution of mainly Microsoft Operating systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7) and other Microsoft based products including Email client, fault diagnosis, reporting and tracking and keeping users update during the process

- Must have at least 1 years experience in an IT support environment (Preferably help desk)
- Competent with windows operating systems and software
- Customer focussed
- Works well within a team
