THE COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS:
- Technical support for software development projects
- Good experience in troubleshooting of Widows or Unix operating systems
- Coordinate desktop changes to avoid deployment collisions
- Operational management of computer centre
- Good experience in implementing IT systems
- Basic knowledge on client software and basic network connectivity problems
- Knowledge of ITIL
SPECIALIZATION IN ONE OR MORE TECHNICAL FIELDS:
- Windows, UNIX, VMware, Oracle databases, Solaris, RHEL.
